Brooklyn grew up performing on Broadway stages in musicals such as Annie, and eventually as Rizzo in Grease. In her teens, she shot rock music videos on an old camcorder for then, up-and-coming hairbands, like Poison and Guns n’ Roses.
Her sights always set on directing, she worked on award-winning television series', beginning with Dr. Quinn, Will & Grace, and The Sopranos, continuing to hone her skills and climb the ladder. She wrote, directed, and produced thirteen live shows for Las Vegas and touring companies, including The Springsteen Experience and Purple Reign.
Brooklyn is an Amazon bestselling author with her thriller series, Wishbone. Her award-winning horror short, The Good Samaritan, was chosen by Wes Craven’s ScreamFest as the opening film for the Halloween screening of SCREAM, in Fort Lauderdale, 2019.
She is the creator, writer, and executive producer of Making of a Haunting, a multi-season, four-part docuseries airing on EPIX, 2023. She is the writer/director of, The Diner, a narrative fiction podcast, which will air June 2022. Currently, Brooklyn is directing the feature film, Me, My Ex, and Our Last Day on Earth, which will be released on Amazon, 2023. She will be directing and producing her award-winning screenplay, Sucre, in fall of 2022.
originally from New York City, she currently lives in Los Angeles with Willow, her 10-year old Eastern Fox Squirrel.
